PROJECT DESCRIPTION:

It is our understanding that it is proposed to add an approximate 3,300 sq.ft. office to the existing developed site. The proposed development is to include the building and associated driveways, drainage, utilities and landscaping. The site is a 3.85 acre parcel located at the south end of Washburn Rd. The site is currently developed as a construction office and yard. The site is currently on septic, as will the proposed office building.
