Dunkin Donuts

PROJECT DESCRIPTION:

It is our understanding that it is proposed to construct an approximate 2,000 sq.ft. Dunkin Donuts facility with drive-thru, parking, stormwater, utilities, landscaping, and all other required infrastructure improvements.

The site is approximately 0.62 acres, located on the north side of SR 520, just east of Townsend Rd. in the City of Cocoa. The site is currently undeveloped and fairly wooded.

The site has a Commercial land use, however, the City map does not provide for a zoning for this property. Also, the location and type of water and sewer service is unknown at this time. Efforts to obtain information on these items from City staff have been unanswered due to holiday leave of staff. This proposal assumes the site has a compatible commercial zoning and that adequate and accessible water and sewer mains exist along the property front.
