Barefoot Bay

PROJECT DESCRIPTION:

Barefoot Bay - A 1,040 acre residential retirement community which includes a golf course, a community center, a commercial area, playgrounds and other community faclities. The subdivision consists of over 5,100 mobile home units and is the largest mobile home community in the State of Florida, containing almost 50 miles of roadways, as well as over 10 stormwater management lakes. MBV has been the District Engineer since March 2008 for various community and drainage improvements, including renovations to the Community Center entrance and pool deck, sidewalk improvements, master weir modification, a golf maintenance building, and field inspections of various drainage repair work.
