Gopher Tortoise Recipient Site

PROJECT DESCRIPTION:

In addition to permitting and relocating gopher tortoises from land development sites, FEC provides gopher tortoise recipient site and land management services. In this case, through a Forest Management Plan developed by FEC and subsidized by the Florida Forestry Service, FEC consulted the Tiger Lake Wildlife Ranch, for the permitting of a gopher tortoise recipient site.
