Indian River Solid Waste Customer Convenience Centers

PROJECT DESCRIPTION:

MBV Engineering was contracted to provide a civil engineering design for the Customer Convenience Centers located in Gifford, Roseland, and Winter Beach. Our services included the design and permitting of service road improvements at each convenience center. All service roads were in various stages of disrepair, with the method of repair chosen to be a combination of recycled millings and new asphalt road course.

In addition, our firm was also retained to provide bid preparation and cost estimating services to assist the County with the bid advertisement. Furthermore, MBV Engineering, Inc. entered into a continuing service contract with Indian River County Solid Waste Disposal District in 2011.
