Dormitory Building

PROJECT DESCRIPTION:

MBV Engineering, Inc. provided civil engineering design services for a 2,254 SF residential crew quarter dormitory building constructed on stilts. This project was developed on a 7.034 acre parcel located on the west side of A1A in Melbourne Beach. MBV Engineering, Inc. provided design, permitting, construction inspection, construction administration, and project certification for certificate of occupancy; including septic tank design, ADA assessibility, access roadway, stormwater design, and drive connection to State Road A1A.
