PROJECT DESCRIPTION:
MBV Engineering provided civil engineering design services for the 1.61 acre site located on US 1 in Melbourne. The site previously contained an abandoned, dilapidated building, which was completely refurbished to a 14,000 SF ACHA certified medical office complex. Site parking, drainage and utilities were updated. MBV provided complete site design, permitting, and construction administration.
