PROJECT DESCRIPTION:

We are currently working with the BGC for a facility expansion that will include an additional 16,000 +/- SF building with classrooms and indoor recreation facilities, a walking trail, and outdoor turf field with underdrain system and exfiltration trench.

The property used for both projects is owned by Indian River County. MBV provided coordination with the County Administration during the design, permitting and construction phases of both projects.
