PROJECT DESCRIPTION:

The site is an approximate 12 acre tract of land (aka Parcel 29) within the Space Coast Town Center (SCTC) project, located at the corner of US 192 and SJH Parkway within the limits of the City of West Melbourne. The site is proposed for an approximate 300 unit multi-family apartment complex. Proposed buildings are proposed to be 4 story. Site shall include a clubhouse, pool, and other amenities. Site will access the internal roadways of the SCTC project, as well as connect to the master utility and stormwater systems.
