PROJECT DESCRIPTION:

Hixon Residence (Melbourne Beach) - MBV Engineering provided structural and civil engineering design, permitting, and construction administration services for a 6,019 SF single family residence with a pool and dune crossover east of the Coastal Construction Control Line. Site design included the driveway, septic/drainfield, landscaping design, and a water main extension. This residence and pool was constructed on pilings.
