PROJECT DESCRIPTION:

MBV Engineering was contracted to provide civil engineering design, permitting, and construction administration and inspection for a 63 lot single-family residential subdivision including all stormwater, utilities, and roadway design. MBV also provided the civil and structural engineering design, permitting, and construction administration and inspection for the subdivision's clubhouse, community pool, and guardhouse.
