PROJECT DESCRIPTION:
MBV Engineering was contracted to provide civil engineering design, permitting, and construction administration for a 3,330 SF convenience store with 12 fueling stations. Design included the parking, stormwater management, utility service and landscaping. The site was an undeveloped 1.0 acre outparcel to the existing Driftwood Shopping Plaza and abuts the Archie Carr Wildlife Refuge. Additional services provided included a gopher tortoise study and relocation efforts back to the neighboring refuge.
